Healthy pancake recipes for babies and parents to cheer up a rainy (or any) day!

Rainy Saturdays are perfect for staying at home with the family, wearing pyjamas all day and having pancakes for breakfast.

I wanted to share these two super easy recipes which made everyone happy in my family. 😊

Healthy pancakes for babies:

  • 1 mashed banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 tbsp flour
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Method: mix all ingredients and fry on a pan with coconut oil for about 1 minute per side. Serve cooled. Maia enjoyed these with banana slices! (Mummy and daddy liked them too.)

Healthy pancakes for parents:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
  • 1 scoop of oats
  • Splash of almond milk

Method: mix all ingredients (I throw them all in my blender) and fry on a pan with or without coconut oil. Serve with berries/banana/greek yogurt/honey.

Quick and easy, and everyone was happy!!😊
